‘The 5th China (Guangdong) International Printing Technology Exhibition has ended, but for Zhejiang Horda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., which was upgraded during the exhibition, the new market and product cycle has just begun.
During this exhibition, Horda Intelligent not only unveiled new products, but also improved the technical dimension of a number of classic products. Its theme is “Leading the Future of Covers”, focus on the field of high-end cover machines, lead printing and packaging enterprises to quickly complete transformation and upgrading through independent research and development, technological innovation, continuous product upgrading and user experience improvement, and at the same time give the entire industrial chain a new dimension of value to promote the steady development of the industry. This theme echoes the theme of the exhibition “Digital Transformation, Integrated Innovation, Intelligent Manufacturing Empowerment, and Green Development”, all in order to better adapt to the east wind of the times and adhere to innovation and creation.

Such as: ZDH-700 folding box side wing forming machine, QZFM-700 automatic hardcover cover linkage line, ZFM-700D automatic rounded corner cover machine have successively obtained national invention patents, QZFM-700 automatic hardcover cover linkage line has also been awarded “the first (set) product in the key field of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province”…
During the 4th “Guangyin Exhibition” held in 2019, Horda Intelligent and Zhejiang University held the world premiere ceremony of ZDH-700 folding box side wing molding machine and ZFM-700D rounded corner cover machine, which received great attention from the whole industry, and many well-known domestic packaging leading enterprises on the scene placed orders one after another, causing a sensational effect of industry transformation and upgrading.
In 2020, although it has been three years of epidemic period, Horda Intelligent still launched a new product ZFM-500E automatic visual positioning cover machine, the equipment adopts visual camera positioning, manipulator feeding board, the minimum size can be 120mm*60mm, filling the market gap of domestic small-format cover machine.

In Huang Zhigang’s view, the essence of entrepreneurship is innovation, because innovation is the foundation of the development of an enterprise, and without innovation, there is no vitality. “We are seeking innovation and change every year, because the market is developing, and if you don’t change, it’s actually going backwards; And if you don’t innovate and just imitate other people’s technology, you will never be the first, and you will always have to follow others. Our innovations are based on our careful research and keen observation of the market. For example, the folding box equipment we launched, at that time was developed to solve the problems of ordinary carton footprint, easy to deform, inconvenient for long-distance transportation, etc., so when our equipment was launched, the three-dimensional box could not only be folded into a plane, but also reduced the floor space by 80%, and the transportation cost was greatly reduced, so it was quickly recognized by the business owner, which not only reduced the cost of production, transportation, warehousing and other costs of the enterprise, but also ensured quality.
