Hot melt glue (animal glue) is normally used type, and cold glue is also applicable.Personnel is arranged to inspect the production site from time to time, and regularly organizes technical personnel as well as team leaders to conduct spot inspections, make records in the workshop weekly. The fifirst enterprise to adopt professional feeder which is dedicated to printing machine
in the industry. It enables adjustment convenient and fast, high speed production, performance stable and reliable. The photoelectric detecting and servo correcting unit assist the board laminating on the inner paper quickly and accurately. Multi circulation board feeding unit enhances the board feeding speed greatly. The operating system with touch-screen can display the machine fault and hint directly which makes the operation more convenient as well as rapid troubleshooting. Adopting up suction feeder is an effective solution to the problem of surface scratches.

1.Viscosity controller Can automatically add water and keep it at a stable viscosity value, good help for user without experience of using case maker.
2.Cold glue(white glue) system Equipped with a glue pump especially for cold glue use, can satisfy customer’s requirements of making various products.
3.Bottom-suction device Used at inner lining process, fitting for the products with the cover material easily scratched, bottom suction device feeds the board from bottom, can 100% avoid the scratches on product surface.
